“Exhibit B” for a Swift and Expanded Implementation of Capital Punishment

http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,317689,00.html

On Oct. 23, 1999, a masked man forced his way into an apartment and told the woman living there that he would kill her baby if she made any noise. He then forced her to perform a sex act, shocked her with a cattle prod and punched her “numerous times” in the head before fleeing…

Unfortunately, Mr. Moore is still at large. If and when he is apprehended, Mr. Moore will not face the death penalty - despite brutally raping a woman with the assistance of a cattle prod. Why?

Mr. Moore has been apprehended and attempted to kill himself in a Louisiana jail. He is in critical condition.

Now I am hearing that tasers are being marketed to kids which no doubt will be used in sexual assaults. I live in Maryland, I would guess it would be a cold day in hell if that woman ever sees the justice she as a victim deserves.
